Sunday Night Update

Lots going on in the MD/DC sports scene so let’s get caught up:

  • Steven Strasburg played catch today before his MRI and it doesn’t seem that he’ll be out for the season.
  • Albert Haynesworth is now claiming his “headaches” were due to rhabdomyolysis, a rare illness that the Redskins claim they never knew about.
  • TerrapinsTimes.com is reporting that Adrian Coxson will begin practicing with the Terps this Wednesday, once all his paperwork has been completed.  Coxson also went on record to say that he believes his good friend Jordan Hayden will sign with the Terps very soon.
  • Orioles Jason Berken is heading to New York to get a second opinion on his shoulder.
